  1. Hi all. Selling a new Pyga OneTen Frame for 16k. Advert is in the classifieds section of this site, under frames. Cheers, Craig 0833789802
  2. My CB Mallet E's arrive tomorrow for my OneTen trail bike. Apparently the E's address a lot of problems from CB's past. Will have to wait n see. Always loved the XT trail pedals, but they can be a mission when its muddy, which is something the CB's excell at. The new E's are getting good reviews and i needed new pedals, thus trying out the E's. Word of warning, they dont come cheap. Via CRC and sent DHL, they around R3k all in. vs XT Trails which are freely available locally at less than half that.
  3. Wiely, where did you get the 150mm KS Lev from? Thanks, Craig
  4. My 2015 Reign 1x10 Reverb DaBomb 45mm Stem and Grips MRP Chain Guide and Bash Guard Magic Mary / Onza Ibex combo WTB HighTail perch
  5. Where can we get our hands on these? I need a white one.
  6. Some cool new DaBomb products in stock at Good2Go Cycles in Pinetown! Threw some new grips and a perch on the OneTen!
  7. Tall dude on a L Pascoe or is it just the pic that makes the bike look a little dwarfed?
  8. Some pretty cool changes to my Reign2. Some aesthetic...some mechanical!
  9. Im 80kgs. Run my shock at 30% sag and my Fork at around 25, and shes plush, but still firm enough for virtually anything ive thrown at her so far. Think you might need to have someone take a look at your fork. Stand to be corrected, but dont think there are tokens for the DebonAir shock, only the Pike fork.
  10. Dude, coming from an Epic 29, the Reign will feel like a buss with its brakes locked. I love mine, but its a downhill oriented bike that will get you to the top of the trail. The Trance is the right one for you
  11. @IH8MUD....Bad question :-) but its light enough to go uphill and heavy enough to go downhill.....or visa versa!
  12. Ha ha...Yeah, but everything has already been upgraded (at least once). Only thing i would ever change now are the stoppers. The Elixar 7's are really good, apart from the warbling, but if they ever explode, i might go XT. Ps: If any of you are interested, i bought the Pike through DubbelBuys on the site, and all was great. If you can wait a few weeks, his service is thoroughly recommended and saved a small fortune. Also bought the 32 front ring and 40 Casette Expander from Kalbo. Great service, price and the parts look and feel good. Time will tell regarding longevity. Also felt great to support local, instead of throwing more money at big brands!
  13. Fooled around a lot spec wise, on this bike over the years, and finally got my OneTen to a point where i'm totally stoked. Project complete....for good!
  14. Dude, you kidding! Its a cracker of a bike at a great price. Everything from development to design to spec to pedigree and brand speak for themelves. Not to mention local after sales service. Full Deore (bulletproof), DebonAir rear, custom offset Pike up front, wide bars, dropper post, massive brakes! I'm the worst money waster when it comes to fiddling with bikes, and there is nothing i will change on this one until its worn out! People are under the impression that longer travel "enduro" bikes are dime a dozen, but in reality, they hens teeth! I challenge anyone to build or buy a better bike at the same specs for under 50k. I did the exercise, and its not happening!
  15. XL Rides brilliantly. Much better climber than i had ever imagined, and descends as well as expected. By no means a XC bike, but no slouch either. So so plush...love her already! Still cannot work out how they arrived at the price. I converted my Yeti to 1x10 a while ago. Hope T-Rex 40T on the back, and a Hope 32 Narrow Wide on the front. Simples! Dont think i would do it on the Reign though. I find with the 1x that i actually spend more time searching for the right gear especially when Trail riding where ups and downs come from one corner to the next. As much as Shimano have been forced into 1x10, they were pretty right when the drummed on about 2x10 offering advantages that no single ring setup can compare to.
  16. 1 x Giant Reign 2 on the back of the car!!!! Stoked! Has to be the best value for money trail machine around, if you can get your paws on one. Take any long travel frame and throw on a Pike, and you already at the retail price for a Reign... Great stuff Giant
  17. On the subject of Enduro Bikes. If anyone is looking for an Large SB66 Alu frame / shock only (mint condition - had frame protection stickers since day one), with a prefect RP32 Kashima Fox Shock, send me a PM. Craig
  18. If you can get over a mix of Shimano and SRAM parts on your drivetrain, then that bike is unbeatable value. Pop on some wider bars and its a trail machine. Got a few mates riding them and they are good.
  19. Yip, i do. PM me for further details. Craig
  20. Presume you mean Reign Advanced 1 (the Yellow/Green model)? Good value in that bike too!
  21. Brawler, how much of CM are you chief? Im 190 and some change, so prob going to need an XL, but would be good to get some first hand info.
