That wheelset is awesome. I wouldn't "upgrade" it.

But if you feel you have to, either the ZTR Crest + Hope combo on special from CWC if you're <86kg or Arch Ex + Hope Combo if you're <105kg, otherwise just Flow Ex or American Classic Wide Lightnings.

Depends on your budget (and your weight)

AC Wide Lightning may be a good option

or a custom wheelset, like Hope hubs and WTB KOM i25 rims

The Hope/Stan's wheels @ CWC are good value though (but not particularly wide)

Otherwise some imported carbon or Pyga carbon rims  on Hope hubs

I used to have a Anthem x29er but upgraded to pxcr1's when I bought him. Upgraded my frame and still using pxcr1's. It's actually dt swiss rims with 240s hubs! Unbreakable and service on the fly!

If you're upgrading from the stock wheels, you may as well upgrade iun weight and width to get the ultimate performance from your tyres (wider = better profile = more grip AND less rolling resistance & better ride)

Enter the American Classic Wide Lightning. They have extensive reviews, great performance (just ask Iwan Kemp) and are light to boot. Strong, stiff and very good wheels. Plus they've upgraded their freehub body recently, to get rid of an old hub problem that they were being plagued with.

They'll fit the giant beautifully

I took some of the hub advice and contacted Iwan Kemp - and went for AC wide lightnings and I'm super impressed!!
