Falco Posted June 4, 2015 Posted June 4, 2015 Has anyone claimed or attempted to claim for medical expenses from Hollard as part of CSA membership? If so, did they pay or were there hassles? On the face of it, being a member for around R150pa and getting the 20k accident insurance included, sounds like a very good deal ~ IF they pay. Anyone?

Eugene Posted June 6, 2015 Posted June 6, 2015 The mail that CSA sent out said the medical insurance covers "actual" costs. Does that mean they don't pay for those expenses that medical aid has covered? In which case the policy means nothing as most of us have medical aid. I have never received anything from the CSA regarding my membership. Seeing that we are paying for this, a policy document or something would be nice.
