Hi to all , I have a few questions regarding power training without a power meter using you speed on a indoor trainer.

I finally got a speedo that can reach my rear wheel. But now I want to take it a step further and start to use power training with this setup.

I own a Jetblack M1 trainer and on the box they have a little graph that gives your power output at a certain speed at a certain resistance level,  do you guys know some kind of way I can convert me speed at a certain resistance to power? should I power a power meter and plot a graph for my power at certain speeds and work according to that?

While the cycleops virtual training app does not support the exact model of trainer u have I don't see why you can't set it up as another trainer, sure it won't be as accurate but provided u keep things constant you should get some value out of it,

So what's needed? At least an ant speed sensor, an ant use stick, u can get that from us, and a pic with cycleops virtual training downloaded, set everything up and you an start training
