New road machine advice needed

Need advice on my new road bike don't know if I should go new or used.

Budget is R60k but would like DI2 and power meter. Have no problems with stages power meter. Would like if I can add ceramic wheels as well.

Propel ultegra di2 is just over 40k I think. And power meter will come in budget. You know you want to, the propel is beautiful.

Yip. Spez says if the scracth shows the carbon then they can't garuntee your safety and a replacement frame is R33k excluding my upgrades
