Losing too much weight

Get lots of sleep (if you can). That's another factor that makes your training more effective and keeps your methabolism in check. Good luck!

2. BMI is far from perfect, because a muscular guy could be in great shape but have a massive BMI. For instance most rugby players would classify as "Obese" according to BMI. But it still is a well-accepted indicator for most people. 

for pro sportsmen they are obese. :clap:

Weight Loss?

I've never had that problem

Yup training for 70.3 Durban for the last few months and I gained 4kg.
