Story - buying a new bike and not sure which direction to go... Option 1 - 2012 GIant TCR Comp1Option 2 - 2012 Fuji SST 2.0Option 3 - 2012 Scott Foil All three have Ultegra 6700 groups and in the region of R20k Not too worried about the wheels at this stage but will have to make a decision all the same..... Zatek Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 You can get a new Giant Propel for R25k. It is spec with 105 11 speed but at least you will have a lifetime warranty on the frame. If you want to go used and not new I would take the Scott

Thank youAre they new 2012 models? If so you will still get a warranty. Fuji is the best in my opinion, but they don't seem to be too stable in SA. Scott and Giant have a huge presence in SA making them a safer option warranty wise. If they are used, then take Zatec's advice.
Brickleberry Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 That giant TCR sold new for 2400 dollars so i would hope these bikes are new. Otherwise I think you could do better for your 20k. Propel 105 is a great option.
