that is a prison in Mexico where the inmates were generating power for the prison and were then re-reimbursed for the work done .... if I recall correctly.

I wonder who paid for the bikes? Imagine being stuck in prison and being allowed to train as much as you want and get bike, kit, nutrition...... For free. Basically they are the same as a pro cyclist. That's messed up IMHO.

They in prison for a reason, and now they get to have fun?????

Thirteen young offenders got a taste of freedom yesterday as they left the Robertson Correctional Centre on a 240km bicycle challenge to spread the message that crime does not pay.
