milky4130 Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 So on my commute in to work this morning on my motorcycle on the N1, I couldn't help but think, the worse thing for the up country guys to do driving down, is to add another 3 hours to your trip when you are already in Cape Town. Note for yourself don't plan to arrive in Cape Town on a Friday morning between 6-10am. You will be stuck in traffic for miles.

Shafiek786 Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 What a disappointment, went to the expo to collect my race number. The traffic in and around the stadium was crazy. The expo itself has no atmosphere(gees) Can the organizers PLEASE move the expo back to the Goodhope Center
VolkAdik Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 The bike park was seemingly safe yesterday, though no more than 20 bikes parked in there at a time. Cycled to expo at 16h00 and left after 18h00, not a very impressive affair, low key, no great deals but enjoyed being in the stadium for the first time. The actual sporting area, geez i wish for grass in my yard like that (wish my yard has grass like that) P.S- Goodie bag was cooler than the lack of contents. Even the number envelope was slimmer than last year.

Brawler Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 I am out. Got the Flu and Dr says no Really sucks as I am fitter than I have ever been, spent the bucks on the bike, put the time in etc. Also got 8 family members doing it, most for the first time and I can't be there with them.
