That thing ticks all the boxes for the gadget nerd who likes to be outside.Now to sneak it past the wife. I wanted the grey version, but the Silver & red one arrived. No chance of sneakage now... Just as well she's getting the iWatch next year...

Got to get used to the buzzing for the alerts tho... Enjoy!It's my birthday on Sunday and hopefully the subtle hints worked for something!Really itching to get my hands on one so if my wife didn't get the hint I'll be splurging my own cash I guess... (it is our cash in any case isn't it? ) Surely you can switch alerts (buzzes and beeps) off? You can on other Garmin devices to hopefully Fenix 3 can do the same.
