I normally do the one in early December with mates but its been pretty quiet.... What events are on - the one a VG is in November so i can't do that. Anyone know of any others that would be happening in early Dec? I was hoping for something better than camping in a parking lot.....

But the last couple of noises from there didn't realise into actual events, so not holding my breath on that one. Other than that I know about "24 hours of oak valley" end of Jan and "Southern skies" in Parys is normally in April.
IH8MUD Posted October 29, 2015 Posted October 29, 2015 Here is a 24 hour event in Windhoek 14-15 November. It is held at a Nature Reserve 10km outside town. (not in the parking lot of the Nature reserve. )

Paul Ruinaard Posted October 30, 2015 Author Posted October 30, 2015 What do you mean by that?Last time the camp site in the parking lot was all on top of one another - so you didnt have space to pitch a nice sized camp site and talk **** with your mates - which is why we do the 24 hour after all. Riding with mates is an added bonus. van Gaalens was lekker for that.

I thought 24hr racing was about riding your bike for 24hrs. Getting as much value for your entry fee as you possibly can...
