WesleyR Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 I've just had exactly the same thing happen to me on my Scott frame and Scott have warrantied the frame thank goodness! Just a question, once I get the new frame, what would you suggest is the best option to stop this from happening again??
The Bull Shark Posted September 15, 2016 Author Posted September 15, 2016 Get the BB where the 2 halves screw into each other to enhance the stiffness of the BB shell. As I explained, Enduro and Wheels Manufacturing have this. Also check out if Praxis have one. The Scott having the same problem does not surprise me, as the Scott frame is manufactured in the same factory as my son's Giant frame.
