The pattern of the rotor caused a strange low pitch whistle while riding. I change to avid rotors. They worked well but in the end I got formula rotors. Best out the lot.

SuperDooperSnooper Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 Tried KCNC, Alligator, Formula and Shimano.I prefer the Shimanos but has to be Icetech, they're way better than the standard ones.I'm quite large and get enough stopping power with them on XT brakes and resin pads. Other option is to change your brakes to 4 piston model (Shim Saint/Zee or SRAM Guides)...
