Doc fkd up an ingrown toenail in my early 20s, and killed the majority of the nail bed. Just hasn't recovered. Don't be a such a big girl's blouse, Myles. scotty Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 I'm off on my hols' next Monday and I won't be back until January 4th. I forsee a lot of beer and food passing my lips. I'm pretty damn sure I will be going over 100kg's, but I will try like heck to not over-indulge..... (Keep telling yourself that, Gecko). So January is going to have to be a bread and water month. Am I right in saying that this thing ends on January 31st?Cut the carbs and you should do fine with this.

I have found someone to sponsor a pedicure in Jo'burg. Prize goes to the person whose feet are voted the most in need .... I had to cut my nails and scrub my feet for the pic...after playing in the mud yesterday.
