A guy who works for me has literally just got on his bicycle and left.Dropped his tools and walked out (and then got on his bicycle). All the work he was doing has just been left and his work space is an absolute mess !! Just buggered off. Told me to keep his salary, he wants to go sit at home !!!!!!%$#@! Where are the ethics, do you want to work or not?? Compared to other developing countries South Africans are damn lazy !!! (sorry to those who do work hard). Bring on the chinese!! At least they WANT to work. I am sooooo mad i could use bad language !

I know I have worked and is now working again with Chinese Roadbuilders. There are not enough pages or time to tell of their bad quality, planning, lack of technical knowledge or "kannie worry dont care attitude"!!!!!!!!
