Just what every cyclist needs in their Christmas stocking The correct title for the thread would have to be "What lube?" We all know the answer is "oil". . .....as I duck and freewheel down the hill.

I have NEVER had to buy either new rings or cassettes. I also only use 'cheap' chains, whatever is best priced at the time. The chain change system is fool proof provided you keep on measuring. Change that chain dammit.
