He had some sort of issue and had to unclip - an IAM Cycling rider comes up alongside him and offers his hand in apology. There's no real trouble for the Sky rider, who accepts the apology and gets back on with ease.

There looks to be over 100 riders in this peloton (there were 200 starters) but it wouldn't come as a surprise to anyone if there's a long list of DNF's today.
