From what i understand is that CAT1 & 2 requires a Full Domestic Racing License and CAT3 will only require a CSA Membership.So it depends on which CAT you wanting to take part in.

Thanks a mil.KM You almost certain to find Team Vitality, MTN Club 100 & Cape Town Giants to have a team in CAT3 as well as riders in CAT1 & 2. I'm sure i'm missing a few other clubs that will be well represented in all CAT

I will advise more one I know.
