Apple Watch - workout data

Where can I extract/view the data of workouts captured on the Apple Watch? Once a workout is completed, it lets me save the data - but I can't find a way to view it. Up until now it was not an issue as I also use my Garmin - so, can view data on GarminSelect. But now I am jogging as well, and would like to see my progress.

It does sync, but you don't get the data - just a hi-level graph

if you tap on the data it would open a window on your phone...

But lets see.  There must be some one with a Apple Watch that knows how to do it.

On my health info on the phone I tap on the graph, then choose show all data points.  That is on iOS 9.2.1.  On 9.3 almost the same but the graph gives more detail so I do not need to open the details on it.  The Apple Health kit works great, but it is still not a replacement for Strava or Endomondo.

Thanks guys! I found the detail on the Health App, but what I really wanted (ave HR), is on the Activity App - Workout, right at the bottom.

Great! Thanks for the help
