Seeing that the sun will be hiding from us for the next few months, think its a good idea to get a few races going.

I haven't tried zwift. I don't have an IDT with a power meter.

 

Silly question, but I have been wondering about something with this virtual racing. How do you guys know that the guys you are racing against have properly calibrated power meters on the IDT? Digital EPO to race with a PM that is over reading.

I for 1 don't take it to serious and if he is cheating it will just push/pull me harder so end of the day I will be the one that gains the most.

I ride with a Kickr and can clearly see when someone is riding with only PM or just speed sensor..

 

End of the day, this is as close to the real thing you will ever get, I did a lot of riding with the vids on tacx and CVT but seriously, there is no comparison.

Just loaded my Zwift last night. Please let us know when you plan a race or training ride. Some company and that little extra push might just help me.

Also just loaded zwift last night,  will give it a go. But will be using virtual power with a speed and cadence sensor on a cycle ops fluid2
