Hi Guys,

 

Not going to lie; this might be too embarrassing to recover from.

 

Zuma is not part of the team...and no that's not the cost vs selling price...I needed to check the design teams work before the newsletter went out.

 

The banner was meant to advertise a special, not announce a price increase.

 

My biggest apologies goes out to Fizik, for making such a mess out of an opportunity to promote a beautiful saddle. Hope you guys will be able to forgive me.

First rule of marketing is any publicity is good publicity (as V12 pointed out) and the Second rule is have clear communications and your reply is exactly that.

 

And besides you can blame it on being blonde, :whistling:, ok maybe not.

Where are those people who demand that items must sold for the price being advertised even if it's a mistake now?
