Hi Guys, 

 

Just wondering if anyone has the contact details for Scott SA with regards to where i can drop my Rear shock off for a service?

 

I have emailed them but no luck and its quite urgent.

You'll probably have to do it through your LBS. 

Good luck, you probably wont get it back quickly unless things have changed in the last year.

Just approach your Scott Cycle shop?dealer ...sometimes they have a loan shock until yours is done.

They are based in PE, but most suppliers are allergic to the general public that keeps them afloat, so they insist on dealing with you through a shop. There are a couple of exceptions though.

They won't deal with you directly. Off to your local Scott dealer, expect 1 1/2 to 2 weeks turnaround.

That's quite a while to wait while freedom challenge training is peaking.

 

Does anyone know of any shops that have loan shocks by any chance? I don't really want to be off the bike for that long, or have to do the unmentionable and spend time on the road bike.
