FS, don't be too worried!

If you can do 100km, then you'll be fine!!!! It's one of those races that is the same as one of those training rides where you stop 4 times to have coffee at the wimpy!!!

 

The only problem is if you're doing it as one of the slower riders, then you spend quite a bit of time in the saddle... The distance isn't that bad, it's the saddle growing teeth that gets you!!

 

Just make sure you do the stages in 2 / 2.5 hours or less than you have plenty of time to relax and recuperate between stages.

PB, I think that might have been Stage 3... Wasn't that tired, me and Chilli was having such a ball we didn't even notice the time!!!

 

I normally start with gloves if it's cold, but I tend to overheat quickly if my hands and feet are covered so.... Can't do anything about the feet, but the hands.... You won't sommer find me wearing gloves...
