Cycling shoes for high instep

Does any one have a good recommendation for shoes to accommodate a high instep? My current Suplests manage a single click on the ratchet strap. Any more, and toes numbness ensues swiftly thereafter. Can be road or MTB. Or both. Even the Boa-equipped Fiziks barely close, though adjustability is nice

Specialized have various different insoles. Why dont you see whether they fit your current shoes

Even go to a good running store for some of those products

Lace ups

I always have hassles with high instep and cycle shoes ..

got empires with laces - much more adjustable across top of foot ..

problem solved - really comfy
