I have the previous model KEO blade carbon with the 16Nm blade on another bike(The blade 1 only comes in 12Nm and 16Nm). The newer blade 2 comes in 12, 16 and 20Nm blades. Does anyone have the 20Nm blade? How stiff is it? I am used to my 16Nm blade and definitely wouldn't go for the softer blade but I just don't know if the 20nm is over kill. I will be using it on a single bike. TIA
build2race Posted August 16, 2016 Posted August 16, 2016 I changed from the KEO carbon to the new 20Nm blades. The 20 takes quite a bit more force to get your foot out. I would stay with the 16Nm if I were you.
