Merida will beat them in that competition, their Scultura disc version is flippen heavy. If it was Friday I would say something else now, but I'll leave it up to you guys.

Go Nibbles

Nibs' motor will make up for the extra weight

Cheering that cheat on is waaaay more contentious and "edgy" than commenting on discs :P

Holding onto motors - but Froome isn't riding the Giro..[emoji39]

Would really like for Pozzatto to sneak a stage win during the Giro.

Surprised that Vasil Kiryienka has been included for Sky. His consistency is far more valuable than Landa's "maybe good day , maybe bad day" for Froome at the TDF.

Wonder if this is the GT that Pierre Roland eventually lives up to his expectations?

Very excited to see the coverage is scheduled for 13:05 daily. Nothing like extended coverage of the first Grand Tour of the year to get one through autumn.

Without motor boy and wide boy the focus will no doubt be on Gee. What a pity commentary in cycling is so poor and buddy based.

Poor Vasil they really abuse the guy. He is put on the front and told pedal boy pedal.. it's like slavery.

Hold on, you mean to say the Hub knows about Froome's DQ back in the day?

Remember the 2 guys at HTC who had the job of breakaway crushers?

Lars Bak and Danny Pate.

I remember reading Lars and Danny rode 20,000 competitive kilometres in 2011, I reckon 50% of them were taking the wind for each.

Good article about the team at 2011 TDF: https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2011/jul/22/mark-cavendish-htc-sprint-train

It's easy to forget that TJ was in that train too.

To me the loss of Bob Stapleton and his Highroad team is one of the tragedies of recent pro cycling. And for what? So Cav could carry bottles for the doped up Sir while in the rainbow jersey? Huge brain fart by Cav in deciding to leave and thereby destroy the team.

You talking about that extra 2kg's he's lugging around? :whistling:

More like the extra blood he still needs to take out to put back when 5 minutes down with 2 stages left....

Would like to see a new face taking the GC...........not that robotic wheelsucker!

Wheelsucking up 8% gradients is impossible, coppi

????

Rather share who you back instead of insulting a 56.3466 kg grimpeur who is the only GC star to aim for a Giro-TdF double ????
