Jy is braaf om dit op jou mat te doen... Watse maak sealant is dit daai?

ek sal dit nie weer op mat doen nie. Ek het bottle om gestamp en moes skoon maak.

Fug it. Dit is soos slime. Ek sit so 120ml in. Ek gebruik dit in my jeep se bande ook. Ek het op die oomblik 3 dorings van so 3mm dikte in bande op agter wiel. Geen lek. Diy kos 120 vir 250 ml

I bought myself a bike thinking that it will be cheaper than offroading. But I've come to realize that it is not that much cheaper. Always need something new. Cycling is like driving a jeep. Just empty every pocket. So beware

Never ends dude. You will find that you start buying things you don't really need just because it was on special????.

It's an expensive hobby but it's all worth it at the end of the day. To save a little, try service your bike yourself but watch some bids before you jump into it blindly.

Im not technical at all but today while fitting my new saddle, i saw my one side of my flat pedal was loose so ended up taking it apart, cleaning it, re-greasing and putting it back together without loosing a bearing...hahaha...although, it wasn't without incident. The spanner i was using to take the pedal off slipped and hit me on the bridge of my nose giving me a little bit of an eina...lol

Bike maintenance done yourself is one of the most rewarding experiencing one can have.

It's like a bond being created between man and machine.... I think that was a line out of a movie or or sounded like it.... ????????

And you know everything was done properly, and all the qr's are angled perfectly, and your bar tape is el perfecto

Now i just need to do some intervals from time to time.

Forget the intervals for now - just enjoy the bike, have some fun, ride some trails, have some crashes.

Serious stuff can come a bit later
