Nice Swimming Pool in Joburg

Hi everyone,

 

I recently moved from Germany to Joburg and was planning to do the 70.3 IM in EL 2017.

 

Unfortunately I had to notice that it is quite hard to find a nice swimming pool without joining a gym.

 

I am currently located in Killarney and I would be very thankful for some recommendations.

 

I already checked out the Zoo Lake Swimming Pool but it seems it only opens by 10 during the week...

Other alternative is to approach some of the schools in the area and ask if you could utilise there pool.

+1 for Wahoo in Sunninghill

The pool is indoor and there is a good gym up on the mezzanine

There is quite a gathering of triathletes that train there.

 

One in particular (a her) has a fantastic pair of legs..
