Pah Bear Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 Am I the only one seeing Nicholas Roche being talked up every year and then never living up to that hype around him? I was a fan of his father, especially after that one stage in 87? finishing on La Plagne, where he ended up seconds behind Delgado only to collapsed, off to hospital for recuperation and raced the next day to finally win his only TdF.
s14phoenix Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 I think Greipel gave up yesterday to keep something in reserve to perhaps try win on the fatigue of others. It also seems as though they are already pushing to hard in the last km and doing all the work while Kittel and others sit on without even any team mates... Think they need to relook their strategy... Then again Kittel was passing them while they where seemingly 100% before he even started his fullgaz attack - definitely has some serious long range power matching others in their sprint and then seems to add 500w @ 250m to go...
Edition 507 Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 Yesterday and today are a couple of nice stages Sagan could win! Oh wait.......
