offset bushings to slack out your ride / drop BB

Ordered from offsetbushings. Just take the "tracked international shipping" option for GBP3 extra. Mine took weeks to arrive.

Fitted one to my enduro29. Apparently slackens the angles by 0.5deg and lowers BB a bit ~5mm - not sure tbh. Made a noticeable improvement. The e29 sits way too high, and the std ht angle is what limits the bike's performance.

I was interested in this to sit more 'in' my bike like I was in my previous ride now if feel more on top. Only issue is that I've got 175 cranks and with my current set up that seems like I'm heading for pedal strike alley.

Pedal strikes have only been an issue when I ride with flats due to the wider platform. 5mm give or take won't be a problem. However, my short legs wouldn't mind shorter cranks though.

Rather than going through that whole saga, why not just increase sag by 2mm? It would surely have the same effect.

Could do but I'm running 35% on a 115mm RS which is the Transition recommendation for bike so I'm sitting pretty deep in my travel as it is.

Sure, 2mm is only 3% on 57mm stroke. Not significant I suppose, but then it isn't much of a saga either.

Actual lol.
