Advice on correct size bicycle

I have been an on/off social cyclist for a number of years and recently sold my old Trek hybrid bike. I am now looking at buying a road bike but am not sure what size I should consider. I am 1.87 M tall.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Go get measured at your LBS. I wouldn't trust these online calculators 100%.

The size also depends on the manufacturer, as they differ between brands. I am 183 and ride a Large Silverback and a Medium Giant Propel.

Also be aware of either a long upper body , or long legs .

Can throw the calculation out , so go get measured at a shop .
