I suppose rules are rules, and he just made the cutoff. Still think it's a bit strange taking such an anti-doping stance, but then highlighting the participation of an ex doper.

Now that is an entirely different debate to alleged double standards and foreign athletes getting preferential treatment. This too was covered in the link to the thread. Perhaps your opening post is a tad emotional?

always said I never want to turn pro. had asthma as a child don't want to get it again when someone starts paying me to ride a bicycle, which seems to be the norm (if fancybears and WADA are to be believed)
