Bolt Broke in Seat Post Clamp

So I have a torque wrench and it still happened.

Those torque values printed on components are wet thread values. i.e for a lubricated thread. If you're torquing a dry thread you need a whole lot less torque!

Managed to get it out. Filled a small groove to try screw it out but i couldn't get it deep enough so just hammered the screw driver a good few times to turn the bolt and it turned out.

 

A few scrapes on the clamp but ill take that.
