Have you queried your results? If you have who did you send your query to and have they responded?

The team captain is busy with it. Pretty sure he would have email Racetec don't know who specifically though.

Don't think they've responded yet as he hasn't updated us.

 

How did your results go wrong ?

 

From our side Racetec hasn't posted results for 5 of our team members, it's like they weren't even there.

Suppose Racetec will have to make sure they started and that they went over the mat after the feeding zone and then at the end again.

Hi CWizz,

Exactly the same as you. Of our first 8 riders that finished together only 4 appear in the results. Our slower riders that came in about 30 min later were used for the team's time.

Hi guys,

Compared to last year the weather was perfect and I hope all of you that rode had a good day out.

Racetec has unfortunately messed up our results ( finish times ) - is anybody else got the same problem?
