Too windy?

Chappies was a breeze today - Simon's Town Smitswinkel another story altogether and run down to Witsands was insane. When the wind is SSE like today it adds a couple of more km/h downwind.

 

This wind is a bit ominous though - does not bode well for next next Sunday.

 

Ps: I''m finding the stretch from Cape Point gate to Klaasjagters a bit rough at speed nowadays and the shade from the trees isn't helping.

The "bumpy"/old tar style road surface doesn't help much either, Especially when hitting the 60km/h range....
