Perhaps he was caught rogue riding at the park before and was therefore not allowed to ride there. If it was because of a doping violation, De Villiers should also have been denied permission to ride his trails. The organizers should in future get clarity from land owners about dopers / other violations that may have riders banned from land owners' trails.
