Group rides to 7 Apr marches

Hallo,

 

Does anybody know about groups riding to the Pretoria march tomorrow? Parking and public transport is going to be a pain. It will be easier to do this on a bike.

 

Safety in numbers.

I think you will be more of a target on a bicycle, why not just move with the crowd and blend in - safety in numbers.

From what I understood, the idea was to cycle to the march and then join the walk. I may be wrong though. Would love to join but I think you guys will be way to fast for me.

Idea is to meet somewhere central in PTA east at 1PM. Menlyn area

 

Then cycle to the march(keep the bike with you, locking it up somewhere will be like giving it away).

 

Without a large group, this will be way too risky. 15+ people

I'll repeat what is going to be the general sentiment from those offering good advice. Don't do it.
