What a good bikeshop doth make?

Popped in to Ridgeway Cycles yesterday after our ride, my OH wanted to get a new tyre also just browse. I excitedly showed Andrew my new steel steed, told him about it although they weren't involved in any purchases or the build (they did help send the fork to have it changed to 120mm) but Andrew noticed my cassette was loose, took it off the bike rack, took it through to the workshop and tightened it for me. Those small things... I owe him some cupcakes

My LBS (gear change mowbray) phoned me 10 days after i got back from knysna where i had this crash that's got me not driving let alone riding. I'd serviced both my bikes there before my trip, would normally have dropped in for a coffee and boasted about my ride.

 

"We haven't seen you? How was knysna? Everything ok?"
