Atlantic seaboard week day ride group please

Hi,

 

I know there are a few groups that ride along this route, but I'm lacking an invite

Riding in winter is bad enough, not to have to do it alone would be great

I think there's a group that leaves 5.30am from Sea point pool every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

 

Never joined them but they are always there when i brave the cold mornings...

I guess this is ATC Multisport club - they actually start from Virgin Active Point parking. You can buy a 200 R / per year membership and join them. It's a nice ride for any level, I did it before, just not always aligned with my training plan.
