New notifications not opening

When i try open the new notifications ( # in red box ) i try's to open but never gets to the resulting threads . A black spinning arrow only shows . What can this be .

Hi there,

It could be something on your web browser blocking the script or just stale cached files causing issues.

If first suggest trying a forced page refresh:

• Windows: Ctrl + F5
• Mac: Cmd + R
   

If that fails to resolve it, next you can try deleting your browser cache.

Often those notifications not showing is connectivity related.

Also I think I had hassles with it when I was running an ad blocker(bikehub has been whitelisted for a long time!!)

 I did a refresh a few times today and its restored the notifications again . Thanks admin .
