Hi

I know that this is mainly a cycling forum, but with the no. of running topics poppong up I thought I would post a question to see if anyone can offer some advise.....

A while back a started and completed a couch to 5km program. I have now set myself a target of improving a km a week for a long run, the rest of my runs are made up of an interval (1min hard/1min easy x 6) and a 2 runs of between 3 & 5km. I do throw in a cycle or 3 where I can. At the moment I am aiming to get to a 10km run (non-stop) by December and then hopefully build on that in the new year to enter a half mid next year.

Is there anything I should look at changing, or do I carry on with what I am doing, and increase the amount of reps for the intervals etc.

Cheers
