I did some research a while back and the only info I could find is that they are produced in China (similar to these - xmcarbonspeed.com).

CRC stick their brand on them and off you go. I have no experience riding chinese carbon wheelsets...

I've been very impressed with the wheels XMCarbon built for me. Very good service and value.

I have got some Prime's. Got about 1K kilos on them now and I am loving them. Got them trued once after their first initial rides as everything bedded in. Since then as straight as a whistle. They brake well in the dry as well. Minimal wet testing so far. So far they are holding up well to the abuse SA roads can dish out. I even hit a hole and manhole cover or two at 947 and they are still ok. Packing them away for the holidays while the racing comes to an end and putting my Ksyriums back on for training.

I picked up the RR-50's for around 8K on special. Had them landed in SA for just under 10K. Re-laced them to make them RP-50's on the cheap. I am loving how they perform thus far.

As RR-50's weight was around 1550g or there abouts. 1600g with skewers if I remember.

Once I made them into RP's they where 1500g exactly.
