Hi everyone, i'm looking for a partner to race or just finish the baviaans in a good time. Last year I entered with a unknown team & it was a gruelling 18 hours of crappy small talk and and waiting on every hill. Anyone interested?

Hi Andreas, I am also from Somerset West. Maybe have some social rides with our group, then you can pick your "Personaity". :)

What time do you have in mind?

PS. I have done 2. And enjoy a lot of fooling around and "crappy small talk", even at race pace :)

Hey Andreas, I'm also so very keen. Always have trouble finding a partner(s).

Am fairly strong and can do 12/13 hours.

Let's start a little ride group then? I'm out in Blouberg....

I did the race a few years ago and I'd like to have another crack at it. I'm also in Somerset West and I'm always looking for people to MTB with.

anyone looking for a 16-18 hour partner?

just looking to finish ;)

I don't know why you set your sights so low.

14 hrs can be done with minimal training, you just need to manager the ride, especially wasting time at the stops. 15 mins max per stop. You will be amazed how much time you save.

Just pick a pace and stick to it, then limit stopping time.
