Where can i find mtb trail maps for western cape? are the greenbelt trail available on a garmin map

Strava is your friend. You can download Garmin-compatible routes from there.

 

Just be careful as some are "less than" legal.

 

AFAIK there currently is no official Garmin map depicting specific MTB trails.

 

For good quality maps (but not for Garmin) consider www.irideafrica.co.za

Agree with Stava. Just remember you need to have a premium subscription to download GPX files. I’ve had a lot of success with the new Garmin connect app/portal as well after they upgraded the courses portion, it’s the first place I go now.
