I sold an XL SC Superlight and it flew.Then sold a Med Zula which also flew.Both over 10K

Split it. Seems you have a few takers and you might as well cut out those King hubs as they will probably get the best price out of all of it.

I've got a similar bike, a Merida 96 2000D full carbon. Bike cost me R22000 in 2011 or 2012. Swopped out the Reba fork for a SID, swopped out wheels with a set of American Classics I had from an older bike. Put on super light carbon bars, put on super light seatpost and saddle, replaced entry level brakes with Avid Juicy Ultimates. An awesome bike, light and nimble. A year or two later I got a 29er, and the Merida has been hanging on the wall since, not really a scratch on the bike. Having dropped an easy R30k on it, knowing what I would be able to maybe sell it for has made me rather keep it. Maybe one day 26ers come back into fashion.
