Road Bike Rear derailer Noise {flutter}

Im at a loss, I have this rear derailer noise almost like a flutter or vibration then the big ring is in use, I canot work out what the problem is, Im running a 10 Speed Shimano 105 Rear Derailer, new cables inner and outer, it looks all lined up and shifting is smooth, just have that irritating rear dreailer sound and it will not go away?

Is the hanger straight ?? and tight

Make sure that hanger is straight.

so it happens when in big ring up front: where on the cassette does it happen, big-big, big-small, or anywhere on the cassette?

check that your upper jockey wheel is not running up against your sprocket teeth. Maybe the B screw needs adjusting
