Circumstances: Driver was pulled over by people imitating police officers and had police vehicle lights. They asked to see his license and then asked him to step out the vehicle. When he got out the vehicle, they pulled a gun on him and threw him into the back of their Polo and covered his head. They then took him to an empty room and kept him tied up for approximately 2 hours while they were going through the vehicle to find the anti theft device. How is the incident categorized as a hijacking though. Through bystander/witness accounts, or through the account of courier driver only..?
