100% legit. However, I would recommend you to also compare pricing with bike-discount.de, which is also a German site, as they often have better pricing.

I have bought many times from them.  Good service (remember I live in Germany).  But as Odinson says, some items you might get cheaper elsewhere.

As above, no issues. Got a Garmin for a steal a few years back. Also look at bike24.com - got a good price on a fork there.

and have some patience to hang till of the big bi-annual euroland sale season: Jan to Feb and Jun to Jul IIRC. Sweet deals to be had.

As Schnavel says, delivery with the German online bike stores takes time. They use SAPO, no door to door courier, so it takes about 6 weeks in total.
