New Carbon wheel set?

Recommended Posts

In the market for a new wheel set and currently have my eye set on the Csixx END9 with DT240s

Does anyone have any reviews for this? and would anyone be able to give me an idea of weight for the 27.5 boost version? Csixx themselves can give me an exact number

Then another question.

On my previous bike I had the Ibis 741 carbon wheels and as much as I loved them they really rode harshly, were way to stiff.

I am hoping that the new generation of Carbon hoops are a little more forgiving?

Any other options one might look ?

27.5 Boost, +- 30mm ID

Thanks

Try Light Bicycle Company I have bought some awesome rims from them over the last year, bought the hubs seperately and got a good wheelbuilder to build the wheels.

Also have a look at Nextie.net they currently running a special for their 5th birthday as well. Got a rear rim from them a few months ago and it has been great, busy saving up for the front!

I have the CSixx 29er END9 rims on Hope Pro4 hubs.  I bought it as a wheelset from CSixx.

No complaints, great ride, and the ride is definitely better than my previous carbon rims on my enduro bike.
