Would've been a big game, if only Spurs didn't have the first game of the semifinal four days later. I know there will be Arsenal supporters looking at this match and recalling last seasons debacle against ManC... but the difference here is that Spurs genuinely have nothing to play for in the league, and all to play for in the Europa League.

Is this showing the reality that big clubs have more politics for managers to control? I mean, they have structures that put control onto many other desks, instead of the manager, probably. This is in reference to the Fergie-era style of management. Because clearly, even a half-decent choir-master should be able to get a tune out of that lot. Is this maybe what Jose Mourinho had issue with....? For sure, Conte in his Spurs meltdown highlighted club mentality, player mentality and politics as his big issues.
